We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join the team in our Bangkok office.


  • Liaise with the Finance Director on a daily basis on the finance functions
  • Work within our small finance team and provide hands-on advice and assistance in respect of the company’s accounting and finance functions
  • Manage a small team of accountants who assist with the finance function and with most of the tasks below:
    • Manage the company’s bank accounts and cash position on a daily basis
    • Prepare invoices to clients based on the client quotation
    • Prepare payments to/from suppliers and clients in the online banking system
    • Record all transactions in the bookkeeping system
    • Record all cash receipts from clients
    • Prepare a weekly list of debtors
    • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
    • Prepare monthly payroll
    • Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow forecasts
    • Complete and coordinate the monthly/annual tax reports, returns, and payments
    • Assist in the preparation of the yearly budget and revised forecasts
    • Manage the year-end audit process
    • Assist in the funding round process for additional investment


  • Thai nationals only; male or female
  • Good English conversational and written skills
  • 5+ years of business experience post qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting/finance
  • Experience working in a small-medium sized company environment
  • Experience working in an international company environment
  • Experience handling year-end audit processes with international auditors
  • Experience managing people/accountants
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks bookkeeping software would be advantageous
  • Service-oriented, hard-working, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Attentive, detail-oriented, fast-learning, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Strong ability to work well within a diverse, geographically distributed, multicultural environment
