Real-Time Translation as you type

The below animation is a recording of a real-time translation. It demonstrates the speed of transaction as a user types in real-time. As more text is typed, the MT engine is able to understand more context and adapt the translation.

The extract translation speed will depend on the performance of the CPU or GPU used to translate.

• Reference CPU: Intel Xeon Gold 6354
  • Translation speed on 1 CPU = ~2,000 words per second / ~120,000 words per minute.
• Reference GPU: NVIDIA A100
  • Translation speed on 1 GPU = ~150,000 words per second / ~9,000 million words per minute.
