Ways to Translate

Language Studio offers a wide variety of ways that users and applications can translate. Different business use cases require access to translation technologies in different ways.

Automated workflows may use the REST API, third-party connectors, or Workflow Studio integrated translation features in conjunction with Language ID and other Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities.

Users may translate directly from several different web portal based interfaces, Microsoft Office or application integrations.

Depending on the use case translations can be real-time for chat translations or batch mode for document translations.

Drop Folders

Simply copy a file into a specified folder and it will be instantly translated and saved into another folder on completion. Drop Folders can also be used to trigger the execution of complex workflows and other tasks. Available for both Windows and Linux operating systems.

Automated Email Responder

Simply email a document to a pre-defined email address. The attached document will be automatically translated and returned to the sender.
